The Silesian University of Technology is a public university located in the Polish province of Silesia, with most of its facilities in the city of Gliwice. It was founded in 1945 by Polish professors of the Lwow Polytechnic. It has been organized into 13 faculties, one college, and one research institute.

To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Applicants must be International.
- Applicants must have to enrol in an undergraduate degree.
- Students must fulfil requirements confirming that they were among the best students at the previous level of education and the settlement of the first-semester tuition fee to the university.

The university will provide PLN 21,000 gross, and it will be transferred in 3 instalments after each completed examination session at the university.
One payment of PLN 21,000 gross will be paid in three instalments.
